The Pavilion at the NC State Fairgrounds played host to the reception for Kristie & Frank. As the guests arrived, they stopped to get a pic with the bride and groom, then entered the reception. After the introductions, the groom gave a welcome and then the pastor said the blessing. About half way through the eight-course meal, the coordinator and family friend made a speech, and then the maid of honor and best man made their toasts. After the meal was complete, the bridal party went from table to table to toast with each table individually. The guests were charged with coming up with a game to play with the newlyweds as they came around. It was super fun and memorable. The bride and groom had their first dance to a mix of “Only U” by Hoang Ton and “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran. Kristie danced with Dad to “I Loved Her First,” and Frank danced with Mom to My Wish.” As soon as they finished cutting the cake and throwing the bouquet, they all charged the dance floor. All of the guests were dancing and celebrating right up until the last song. What a great night, with a great couple!!
